Interview Process
Our interview process is strict and can be quite stressful. Why? Because we want to be sure you will find your fit in the company. We will spend time teaching you all we know and want to minimize the risk we need to do this all over. But think about it also this way: you will be spending a big portion of your “awake” time working with CryptoRefills. So being a right fit is important for us, but also for you!
Interviews generally are based on two parts. In the first part we generally quickly assess your background and soft skills. During the second part, the most important, we will provide you a technical or business case to work on, so we can see how you reason and how you use your skills. For the more senior positions we may ask you to have a quick chat with other senior management of the firm.

We are currently adopting a work from home format. However, we do expect our team to be close to our current office locations (Milano, Rome, Izmir) in order to participate in periodic team activities.
