How do I receive and activate my eSIM?
After successful purchase of the eSIM, you'll receive a unique QR code associated with your eSIM. Scan the QR code with your eSIM-compatible device, the device prompts a confirmation to add the eSIM, and upon agreement it activates the eSIM.
Ensure "Data Roaming" is turned on and data consumption starts from the first use in the destination country.
When does my plan start?
eSIM profile activates when the user lands in the country and starts to use the data plan. There are additional features that help users stay informed and maintain control over data usage. Purchased eSIMs must be activated within 365 days of purchase.
Is there a phone number for the eSIM?
No, currently the eSIMs are data only. We hope to add eSIMs with phone numbers soon.
