Sales & marketing
We are looking for a travel services specialist to grow and optimize our recently launched travel business line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with key players in the crypto ecosystem—such as crypto events, hubs, coworking spaces, and large exchanges—to drive awareness and usage of our flight and hotel booking services.
This role will also be instrumental in marketing our travel services online, managing SEO and social media initiatives, and analyzing key metrics to continuously improve our performance.

Access to crypto investments, trading, and person-to-person transactions is relatively easy today. However, this only serves a limited scope of needs for these currencies. Using crypto in everyday life, such as buying goods and services, is instead very limited.
Cryptorefills is a website and app that enables users in over 180 countries and territories to spend crypto, including Bitcoin, stablecoins like USDC and USDT, and other digital currencies yet to come. With Cryptorefills, users can recharge their mobile phones, purchase gift cards from top brands like Netflix, Spotify, Google Play, and Apple, and even book flights and hotels directly using crypto.

Partnership development
Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with crypto-related businesses, including events, coworking spaces, and exchange platforms.
Develop long-term relationships with existing and new partners to drive incremental travel bookings.
Business growth & revenue generation
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to develop strategies that attract and retain customers for our flight and hotel booking services.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential service enhancements.
Marketing & promotion
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns for travel services, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
Create and manage engaging promotional materials (blogs, landing pages, social posts) that appeal to the crypto community and beyond.
Coordinate with external media outlets, influencers, and partner networks to maximize campaign reach.
Data analysis & KPI optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPI) related to travel bookings, website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
Identify trends and insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
Collaborate with the product team to refine user experience and streamline the travel booking process based on data-driven insights.
Stakeholder collaboration
Work closely with customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from initial marketing touchpoints to post-booking follow-ups.
Partner with finance and operations teams to manage pricing, product offerings, and operational efficiencies.
Continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with cryptocurrency industry developments, travel industry news, and best practices in digital marketing.
Proactively propose new ideas for product improvements, technology integrations, and marketing campaigns.
Education & experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience in business development, partnerships, business events, or travel services; experience in a crypto or fintech environment are a strong plus.
Technical & marketing skills
Experience with SEO (on-page and off-page), social media marketing, and content marketing as well as familiarity with analytical tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) to track performance and derive insights are preferred.
A passion and genuine interest in cryptocurrency as well as basic/conceptual understanding of blockchain technology are a must.
Business acumen
Strong ability to identify and build connections with potential partners, even without prior experience in business development.
A structured approach to the full partnership cycle—scouting opportunities, qualifying leads, opening discussions, negotiating terms, and closing partnerships that lead to tangible business results.
Natural curiosity and strategic thinking to spot new growth opportunities in the crypto and travel ecosystem.
Strong understanding of KPI management—specifically, how to track, analyze, and optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
Soft skills
