Make sure to select the correct network, avoid mistakes. A "network" in crypto is the specific blockchain (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon) your transaction runs on, and sending to the wrong one can lead to lost or uncredited funds.
Which Crypto network to select

Important notice: Please pay on the correct network

When making your payment in a stablecoin (such as USDT), please ensure that you use the exact same network you select on our checkout page. For example, if you choose USDT on the Polygon (MATIC) network, you must send your payment from Polygon, not from any other network (such as BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum mainnet).

If your payment is sent over a different network than the one you selected at checkout, the transaction cannot be recognized and will not be credited to your order. This can cause delays or even a complete loss of funds.

Steps to ensure correct payment

  1. Check the network you selected on our payment page.
  2. Verify your wallet is set to the same network.
  3. Confirm the wallet address matches the correct network.
  4. Send your payment.

By following these steps and paying on the correct network, you help ensure your transaction is processed smoothly. If you have any questions or are unsure which network to use, please contact our support team before completing your payment.
